Combien d'abonnements ai-je besoin?

Quelle est la différence entre l'abonnement mensuelle au Couple Challenge et le Couple Challenge Personnalisé?

The Couple Challenge Monthly Membership:

Program Length: Every month, each partner receives a new 4-Week workout program adjusted to their level of fitness (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).

Equipment Needed: Minimal equipment is needed (i.e. resistance bands, booty bands and/or ankle weights).

The Personalized Couple Challenge:

Program Length: Each partner receives a 8-week personalized workout program based on their individual goals, needs, lifestyle and equipment. It includes a bi-weekly follow up et priority renewal of your program every 8 weeks.

Equipment Needed: Your workout program is based on the equipment that you have available.

Puis-je annuler mon abonnement?

You can cancel your monthly membership anytime.

Quand aurai-je accès à mon programme d'entraînement?

When you sign up, you first need to setup your account and download the app. Your coach will get in touch with you and you’ll get access to your program based on the product that you have signed up for (i.e. The Couple Membership, Personalized Program, Hustle to Muscles, etc).

Offrez-vous des séances d'entraînement 1:1 ?

We offer 1:1 coaching online or in-person.

At the moment, we offer outdoor 1:1 in-coaching in Trekfit parks, in the region of Montreal-East .

J'ai tout mon matériel à la maison, pouvez-vous m'entrainer chez moi ?

At the moment, we offer outdoor 1:1 in-coaching in Trekfit parks in the region of Montreal-East. Once the pandemic is over, we will offer 1:1 coaching at your place.

Comment puis-je savoir quel programme me convient le mieux ?

Que se passe-t-il si mon partenaire veut un programme personnalisé mais que j'aime mon programme mensuel du Couple Challenge? 

Your partner can get a personalized program and you can continue enjoying your monthly program.

Est-ce que j'ai accès à mon programme personnalisé pour toujours ?

If you want, we can send you your personalized program in a PDF format if you want to keep your program forever. However, please note that you will lose access to the app unless you renew your personalized program or get a new workout program.

Que faire si je ne veux pas renouveler mon programme d'entraînement personnalisé de 8 semaines ?

Because the 8-week personalized has limited spots, our clients that are already following an 8-week program have a priority renewal to secure their place. The priority renewal is automatic and at the end of your program we will contact you to design your next program. If you don’t want to renew your program, simply let us know at this point and we will cancel your renewal.

Combien de temps pour recevoir mon programme personnalisé ?

Once you have purchased the personalized program, we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation and do your virtual assessment. This is to ensure your trainer and you are on the same page and that we have all the information necessary to create your program. Once the initial consultation/virtual assessment is done, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your program.

Combien de temps aurai-je accès à mon programme dans l'application ?

You will have access to the app for the length of the program.

Puis-je rajouter un plan de nutrition ou un plan de repas ?

All our programs come with or without a customized meal plan made by Registered Dietitians (RD). All eaters welcome!

Quelle est la différence entre l'abonnement mensuel The Couple Challenge et les programmes (par exemple, Hustle to Muscles)?

With the memberships, you and your partner both get assigned a 4-week workout program based on a monthly community challenge (i.e. May is a HIIT challenge, June is a TABATA challenge, etc).


At the end of each month, the workout programs will be available to purchase.


The Couple Challenge members will have a special discount on all our products (i.e. Full Body Sculpting, 1:1 PT, Meal Plan).

J'ai un problème de santé ou je suis blessé, puis-je quand même faire les exercices ?

Que faire si j'ai une séance d'entraînement ou un exercice qui est trop compliqué ou trop facile ?

An amazing benefit of having access to two CPTs (Certified Personal Trainers) is that they can adjust your workout based on your needs. You can reach out to your trainer to swap an exercise or you can do it yourself from the app.

Puis-je faire les exercices à la maison ?

Yes! Our workouts are designed to be done anywhere, at any time.

Puis-je faire les exercices à la salle de sport ?

Due to the current situation (gyms closed), we don’t currently offer workout programs specifically for the gym.

De quel matériel ai-je besoin ?

We recommend a minimum of resistance bands & mini-bands (“booty-bands”). However, to get the most out of your workout program we also recommend a set of dumbbells and a stability ball. If you don’t have a dumbbell or stability ball, don’t worry, we will provide you with modifications.

Si mon partenaire est avancé mais que je suis débutante, comment le Couple Challenge est-elle une compétition équitable ?

Your workouts are adjusted to your fitness level so you will each receive a tailored workout program. The challenge is based on each of your own compliance to the number of scheduled workouts on your program per week.

Que faire si je dois modifier mon entraînement? 

An amazing benefit of having access to two CPTs (Certified Personal Trainers) is that they can adjust your workout based on your needs. Reach out to your trainer using the message feature in the app. You can also modify the workouts by yourself using the app.

Que se passe-t-il si je ne peux pas m'entraîner le jour qui m'a été assigné par mon coach ? 

Your trainer has scheduled your workouts according to your program but you can easily move a workout to another day in the calendar.

Puis-je ajouter dans mon calendrier d'autres activités en dehors de mes séances d'entraînement, comme la course à pied ou le yoga ? 

You can select and track separate activities using the app.

Je suis limité par le temps dont je dispose pour m'entraîner et j'aimerais planifier mes séances d'entraînement. Comment puis-je planifier mes séances d'entraînement à l'avance ? 

You can preview all your workouts in the Calendar of the app and move them to the day you prefer. You can also preview every workout to plan ahead (exercises, total duration, equipment needed, etc).

J'ai des objectifs de forme physique et de santé en dehors de l'entraînement (par exemple, augmenter la souplesse, améliorer le sommeil, etc.), comment le Couple Challenge peut-il m'aider à atteindre ces objectifs ? 

You can connect with your coach and schedule different types of healthy habits, track your progress, earn badges for your achievements and celebrate your success.

Je n'ai pas d'entraînement prévu pour aujourd'hui, que puis-je faire ? 

On your active rest days, you can do an activity to keep you active, like going for a walk, playing frisbee, doing yoga, going for a hike, etc…

If you want to do an additional workout, you can add on-demand workouts to your calendar.

The Couple Challenge Application

Comment accéder à l'application ?

Once you sign up, you will receive a link to download the app. You can also access the app from any computer through the Web access.

Puis-je contrôler les notifications que je reçois des groupes dont je fais partie ?

You can turn off the notifications from the group settings.

 Puis-je suivre d'autres statistiques de forme et de santé, comme les pas et le poids corporel, à l'aide de votre application ? 

Yes, our app connects to other apps (i.e. Apple Health, FitBit, MyFitnessPal) using integrations.

Puis-je utiliser l'application hors ligne ou dois-je être connecté à l'Internet ? 

You need to have access to the internet to be able to use the app.

Êtes-vous compatible avec iOS ou ANDROID ? 

As of today:

  • iPhones require iOS 12.0 and above.
  • iPads require iPadOS 12.0 and above.
  • Android devices require Android 6.0 and above
  • Apple Watch requires Watch OS 6.1 +

Together Times

C'est quoi les Together Times?

Together Times are the suggestions of quality time activities for your couple.

Que se passe-t-il si mon partenaire ne fait pas le Together Time ?

If your partner doesn’t do the Together Times, it will affect their compliance for the current week.

 Comment et quand recevons-nous les suggestions de Together Times ? 

The weekly loser receives 2 suggestions of Together Times and picks one to surprise their partner. The loser will receive the Together Times in their calendar. We schedule the Together Times on Monday so that you have time to pick and plan your weekly quality time.

Que se passe-t-il si nous avons la même conformité d'entraînement ? (par exemple 70%-70%) 

Other health factors can determine the winner of the week (i.e. nutrition compliance, steps, etc.).

Comment déterminez-vous le gagnant de la semaine ? 

The weekly winner is the partner with the highest workout compliance.
