Most people repeatedly assume that their life is perfect and that no obstacles will show up and they plan their goals based on good intentions and motivation, but sooner or later they get crushed by their first or second obstacles.
Their planning usually goes like this: "IF everything goes perfectly in my life today, THEN I'll workout/eat healthy…" that's a recipe for failure.
