Welcome to the Fit Girlfriend Academy by The Couple Challenge! I'm super excited to start this journey with you!

My name is Delphine De Bané, I am a private trainer, Weight Loss Specialist and Women's Health and Fitness Specialist. I will be your head coach during this journey.

If you are here, it is because there is most likely an aspect of your life that you would like to improve, either physically or mentally.

Our goal here is to help you become the best version of yourself inside and out.

We will do everything in our power to help you achieve your goals and assist you every step of the way, but we can't do the work for you. You will have to apply yourself constantly, even on days when you don't feel like it.

The goal of this program is to help you love who you are from the inside out and discover that you are capable of much more than you think.

So if there's one thing you need to remember, it's that the more work you put in, the more you'll get out.

We will transform not only your body, but also your mindset.

Again, welcome to this life-changing program and I can't wait to see what we accomplish together!
